Entry Tracker
Paste the reference. We work out which kind it is.
Which reference do you have?
Three-digit filer code, seven-digit serial, one check digit. Assigned by the broker who filed it, which is why the first three digits identify them rather than you.
Eighteen characters, starting with the year and the country of the customs office that accepted the declaration — which may not be your destination country.
What each status means
We hold the entry but something required is missing — commonly a signed power of attorney or a certificate of origin. Nothing has been lodged with customs yet.
The broker has lodged the declaration. The authority has it and has not yet responded.
Selected for examination. The goods are not moving until it completes, and storage is accruing.
Release is blocked — by customs, or independently by a partner agency. Something specific is being asked for; act on it through your broker.
Customs release granted. The goods can move. Duty and fees are payable per the entry summary.

We report what your broker's filing and the authority tell us. An entry filed outside CustomsScanner does not appear here — its status lives with the broker who filed it.
